1. QB Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns: Mayfield signed a four-year contract worth $32.68 million, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported July 24.
2. RB Saquon Barkley, New York Giants: Barkley agreed to terms with the Giants on July 22, per Rapoport. Barkley gets $31.2 million.
3. QB Sam Darnold, New York Jets:Darnold signed a four-year deal worth $30.25 million on July 30, Rapoport reported.
4. CB Denzel Ward, Cleveland Browns: Ward signed his rookie contract July 25. The deal is worth $29.17 million over four years.
5. DE Bradley Chubb, Denver Broncos: Chubb signed his rookie deal June 21. The deal is worth $27.27 million.
6. OL Quenton Nelson, Indianapolis Colts: The team announced Nelson signed his rookie deal on May 11. Rapoport reported the contract is worth $23,888,912.
7. QB Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: The Bills announced they signed Allen to his rookie contract on July 25.
8. LB Roquan Smith, Chicago Bears: Smith agreed to terms on his rookie contract August 13, per Rapoport.
9. OT Mike McGlinchey, San Francisco 49ers:McGlinchey signed his $18.3 million rookie deal on July 22, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
10. QB Josh Rosen, Arizona Cardinals: The team announced Rosen signed his rookie deal on May 10. The contract will pay Rosen $17,597,760, Rapoport reported.
11. S Minkah Fitzpatrick, Miami Dolphins:Fitzpatrick's rookie contract, which he signed June 1, is worth $16.4 million and it includes a $10M signing bonus, per Rapoport.
12. DT Vita Vea, Tampa Bay Buccaneers:Signed rookie contract with team on May 24.
13. DT Daron Payne, Washington Redskins: The team announced it signed Payne on May 11. The contract is worth $14,418,360, Rapoport reported. Payne was the 2018 NFL Draft's first first-rounder to ink a deal.
14. DE Marcus Davenport, New Orleans Saints: The team announced Davenport signed his rookie deal on May 10. The contract is a $13,741,900 million pact that includes a signing bonus worth over $8 million, Rapoport reported.
15. OT Kolton Miller, Oakland Raiders:The team announced it signed Miller on May 18. The deal is worth $13.5 million over four seasons and includes a $7.87 million signing bonus, according to Rapoport.
16. LB Tremaine Edmunds, Buffalo Bills The team signed Edmunds to his rookie contract on May 12.
17. S Derwin James, Los Angeles Chargers: James signed the $12.39 million contract on June 1, per Rapoport. It includes a $7.1 million signing bonus.
18. CB Jaire Alexander, Green Bay Packers: The team announced the signing of Alexander on May 15.
19. LB Leighton Vander Esch, Dallas Cowboys:Vander Esch agreed to terms with the Cowboys on a contract, Rapoport reported May 11.
20. C Frank Ragnow, Detroit Lions: The team announced Ragnow signed his rookie deal on May 11. Rapoport reported Ragnow's contract is worth $11.78 million (all fully guaranteed) with a $6.6 million signing bonus.
21. C Billy Price, Cincinnati Bengals: The team announced a four-year deal for Price with a team option for 2022.
22. LB Rashaan Evans, Tennessee Titans: Evans agreed to terms with Tennessee on May 15.
23. OT Isaiah Wynn, New England Patriots: Wynn signed his rookie contract June 22.
24. WR D.J. Moore, Carolina Panthers:Signed his $11.17 million rookie contract on June 18, Rapoport reported.
25. TE Hayden Hurst, Baltimore Ravens:Signed his $11 million rookie contract on June 19, Rapoport reported.
26. WR Calvin Ridley, Atlanta Falcons:Signed his rookie contract on July 4, according to his agent.
27. RB Rashaad Penny, Seattle Seahawks:Penny signed his rookie deal with the Seahawks on May 16. Per Rapoport, it's worth $10.8 million and includes a $5.9 million signing bonus.
28. S Terrell Edmunds, Pittsburgh Steelers:Edmunds signed his rookie deal with the Steelers on July 24.
29. DT Taven Bryan, Jacksonville Jaguars: Bryan signed a four-year, $10.2 million deal on July 17, Rapoport reported.
30. CB Mike Hughes, Minnesota Vikings:Hughes signed his rookie contract on July 19, per the team.
31. RB Sony Michel, New England Patriots: Michel agreed to terms with New England on July 22, per Rapoport.
32. QB Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens:Signed his rookie contract June 5, it's worth $9.47 million with a $4.97 million signing bonus.
