    • Alshon Jeffery WR - CHI Jeffery (groin/shoulder) hopes that he'l... 7:24 pm   11/24/15

Jeffery (groin/shoulder) hopes that he'll be able to play Thursday in Green Bay, the Chicago Tribune reports. "I definitely do want to be out there," he said. "At the same time, if the training staff sees how I feel and I don't feel too well, I won't be out there. If I'm feeling well, I'll play."

Impacts: When laid out in such a manner, the decision is seemingly a simple one. However, Jeffery has been sidelined for five of the Bears' 10 contests this season due to a variety of ailments, and team trainers clearly would prefer that he avoids an aggravation of either his groin or shoulder. To achieve that end, he's been limited in drills this week, with Wednesday's injury report set to provide the final word on his Week 12 availability. Another absence would likely place Marquess Wilson in another prominent position in the passing attack.
