    • Johnny Manziel QB - CLE Manziel is expected to be a full partici... 5:45 pm   5/21/15

Manziel is expected to be a full participant in Tuesday's OTA session, ESPN.com reports.

Impacts: Manziel spent 10 weeks in a rehabilitation facility this offseason, and the reception has been generally positive up to this point, as teammates have apparently taken notice of the personal changes he's made. New offensive coordinator John DeFilippo is the most recent of several within the organization to take note of Manziel's rededication to preparation, stating that "he's spent every hour that he's been allowed to spend in this building." Josh McCown seems to be the favorite to win the starter's job heading into camp, but if the praise sent Manziel's way so far holds true, Johnny Football could at least make the competition interesting in his sophomore campaign.
