Getting to Frankfurt Stadium
Every game ticket comes with free return travel to and from the stadium within the RMV area. The ticket can be used on all modes of public transport including trams, underground, SBahn and Regio. 2nd class.

To book your ticket you will need to enter your Ticketmaster Order Number and your Last Name HERE.
We advise you to make your way to Frankfurt Central Station and take a regional train (Lines S8 and S9) to the station "Frankfurt am Main Stadion". From there, the stadium is only a 10min walk away, where you can enter via gates E4 and E5.
Starting at Frankfurt Central Station, you can also take the Tram to the stadium. Please head to the Tram station "Stadion" via Lines 20 and 21 and enter the stadium via gate E1.
There is no parking available for General Admission ticket holders at the stadium. However, within the wider area around the stadium, there will be parking options. Pre-booking is required. Here, we advise you to head to the stadium website for more information on public transportation options and off-site park & ride locations.
You can enter the stadium via any entry gate. It is recommended to take the entry closest to the point of your arrival. If you do not have a smartphone, please visit nfl.com/news/digital-ticket-faqs for further information. There will be stewards on hand to assist with queries on the day.
Security enhancements including metal detectors will be in place so please arrive early.
Tickets
There will be no paper tickets dispatched for the 2023 NFL Frankfurt Games. Tickets will be available to download from your Ticketmaster account 14 days prior to Gameday. You will receive an email from the NFL once your tickets are ready. All tickets at Frankfurt Stadium will be digital and every fan attending will need to have their own ticket downloaded and saved to their smartphone.
You should have your digital ticket ready for when you reach the turnstile, Fans can enter the stadium via any entry gate. For any fans who do not have a smartphone, please visit HERE for further information. There will be stewards on hand to assist with queries on the day.
Gameday
Gates will open at 12pm on Gameday. Ticket holders are welcomed to come and immerse themselves in the NFL experience at Frankfurt Stadium from midday until 2.30pm. Activities include football based activations (such as Field Goal Kick, Wide Receiver and Vertical Jump), DJs and great food & drink options.
Pre-Game warmups will begin roughly 40 minutes before kickoff, so we advise all fans to be in their seats for this time. Enhanced security checks will be in place so please arrive early to ensure you have sufficient time to enter the Stadium.
Merchandise
If you're planning to purchase merchandise at the stadium you can head to the main NFL Shop, presented by Visa, where official gameday and team merchandise for all 32 will be available or visit our two additional gameday merchandise locations. Be prepared as there may be queues on gameday, but you can avoid the queue by heading to the shop on the times listed. The main NFL shop is available on gameday from 12:00 until 21:30 to fans with a gameday ticket only, anyone without a gameday ticket can however still visit the NFL Shop during the non-gameday timings.

Security Screening
Security screening at Frankfurt Stadium will be significantly heightened for the NFL Frankfurt Games. All items carried by spectators and staff will be carefully inspected and we will be adhered to the NFL's See-through Bag Policy. Security enhancements including metal detectors will be in place for this year's Games so please arrive early.
See-through Bag Policy
A see-through bag policy (along with security screenings) will be in place at the 2023 NFL Frankfurt Games, to provide a safe environment for all our fans. All see-through bags entering the stadium must be no larger than 12"x6"x12" and will be inspected closely by security upon entry to the stadium, possibly alongside a pat down.

Non-Approved Bags & Prohibited Items
Small cameras and binoculars will be allowed. No spectator cameras with lenses more than six inches (6") long will be permitted. Camcorders will be prohibited, except for credentialed media.
