- QB Michael Penix Jr. (knee) has not yet been cleared to participate in 11-on-11 drills, per head coach Kevin Stefanski. Penix has participated in the Falcons' offseason workout program on a limited basis, and Stefanski added that he is "exactly" where he needs to be in his rehab.

- LB Jonathan Cooper was excused from this week's mandatory minicamp after he was arrested twice in one week on domestic violence charges. “We excused him from this minicamp,” head coach Sean Payton told reporters, per The Associated Press. “He’s taking this time, obviously he’s got to work on himself and the club’s very much in tune to the league office, the local authorities here and we’ve had several meetings.
