Injury problems continue to mount for the Seattle Seahawks' offensive line.
Already down to their fourth left tackle, the Seahawks placed Brandon Frye on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday and signed Damion McIntosh for veteran help.
Terms of the deal with McIntosh weren't disclosed.
Frye suffered a neck injury early in Sunday's 41-0 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Seahawks claimed Frye off waivers from the Miami Dolphins before the start of the season, and he became Seattle's Plan C at left tackle after Walter Jones and Sean Locklear both suffered injuries.
When Frye went down against the Jaguars, the Seahawks turned to second-year pro Kyle Williams, who was just signed off the practice squad. Williams had to play through a sprained knee to finish Sunday's game.
McIntosh, a 10th-year pro, spent the previous two seasons with the Chiefs and missed only one game, but he was released last month. He also has played for the Dolphins and San Diego Chargers, and he has 111 starts in 115 career games.
