It was over when ...
The Patriots followed a 4-yard touchdown run by Dolphins quarterback Cleo Lemon that brought Miami within 14-7 in second quarter with a 77-yard kickoff return by second-year cornerback Willie Andrews. The Patriots led 21-7 and never looked back.

Game balls

Key stat
The Patriots went 3-for-3 in the red zone and did not kick a single field goal.
