GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Is there accessible parking for the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon? If so, where?

Yes, accessible parking at Camping World Stadium will be located in Lot 6 on the southeast side of the stadium. Accessible parking will be on a first come first served basis and parking is being presold for the event. Each guest will receive a unique parking pass. For additional parking, fans can utilize downtown parking at the City of Orlando Parking Garages near the Free Stadium Shuttle Pick Up Drop Off Area. The closest garages are as follows:

• 55W Garage
• Jefferson Garage
• SunTrust Plaza Garage

Are there Mothers Rooms onsite for nursing mothers attending?

Yes, there will be two Mothers Rooms on site at the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon. Within the stadium, there will be a Mother's Pod located on the Northeast corner of the stadium near gate A on the event level. For assistance visit a Fan Services station on site. 

Are there any quiet areas for fans with sensory needs? 

Yes! KultureCity will be on site with trained volunteers and sensory bags for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will be available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost.

The sensory room is located in the Northeast corner of the stadium near section 103 on the Field Level.

Are there any elevators within the stadium?

Yes! Elevators are located on the east side of the stadium by gate B and on the West side of the stadium by gate E.

As a service to our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, closed captioning will be available on the ribbon boards around Camping World Stadium during the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon. 

Are Assistive Listening Devices available?  

As a service to our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, there will be Assistive Listening Devices available for loan at the Guest Assistance booth located near section 147 on the Event Level during the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon 

Does the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon provide food options for special dietary needs? 

Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the NFL Draft event, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction. 

A fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name.

Are service animals allowed at the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon? Other animals? 

Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into Camping World Stadium and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of the 2024 Pro Bowl Games (where other fans are permitted). 

For fans within the stadium, there will be a designated area for service animals to relieve themselves without losing your seat, check-in at our Guest Assistance Booth located at Section 147 on the Field Level. 

However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

MOBILITY ASSISITANCE  

Fans with Mobility Disabilities 

The 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon is accessible for fans using mobility devices. For guests with mobility disabilities and mobility devices, there will be accessible wheelchairs with mobility assistance escorts available to assist you around the stadium. 

Wheelchairs (manual or power-driven) and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility impairments. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered mobility devices may also be charged at the Guest Assistance Center on the Field Level. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.

 All entrances at the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon are accessible.  

Is there an accessible support to depart the 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon?  

A courtesy cart service is available to guest with disabilities from designated areas surrounding Camping World Stadium from when parking lots open until approximately 60-minutes post event. The carts will transport from the following locations of the stadium.

• Tampa South (Tampa/Carter)
• Tampa North (Lot A)
• Jones Sports Complex
• Church St to the main Mobility Hubs – located on the East (Lot 6) and West (Lot C) 

After scanning tickets, our Guest Services team member will provide wheelchair assistance to the guests seat location.

How do I contact Mobility Assistance during the event?  

To assist our guests with ADA needs, the mobility assistance shuttle service at the event will operate as follows: Each mobility driver will be assigned a specific location and will display signage accordingly. Drivers will travel between their assigned location and their respective hubs. Offering assistance to ADA guests as needed. At the conclusion of the event, mobility drivers will be stationed at both the East and West Hubs, ready to assist guest. However, due to heavy pedestrian traffic post-game, there will be a 30- minute discretionary period before the carts can resume service. Following this period, cart ices will continue for one-hour post-game or until the venue is fully cleared out.
