Romo's first pass since November 26, 2015, was a deep shot that fell incomplete to Terrance Williams. He was perfect from there on out, finishing the drive 3-of-4 passing for 29 yards and a TD. He also earned a defensive pass interference on a bomb to Dez Bryant that set up a 3-yard TD strike to Williams
Romo looked vintage in his one series, displaying good zip over the middle and pinpoint accuracy. His trade stock couldn't be higher after the performance.
The Cowboys wanted the veteran to knock the rust off in case he's needed if Prescott gets hurt in the postseason. Mission accomplished.
In two drives, Prescott went 4-of-8 passing for 37 yards before exiting. The rookie got popped on his final pass of the day before giving way to Romo.
