The Cowboys' claim that Dez Bryant's foot surgery would not affect his offseason seems to be on track.
Per NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport, Bryant had successful surgery on his foot and ankle in New York on Wednesday morning. Bryant was shut down by the Cowboys for the final two games of the season after it became apparent that his foot and ankle were not completely fine. Bryant missed a large portion of the season after breaking that same foot in the season-opener.
Luckily for Jones, Bryant wasted no time getting the surgery.
