Notable injuries, news from Sunday's Week 6 games: 49ers' Fred Warner (ankle) ruled out; Rams' Puka Nacua dealing with ankle injury

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 6 Sunday:

  • Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado (ankle) did not return after exiting in the second quarter in Sunday's loss to the Colts. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) was ruled out. Tight end Travis Vokolek (neck) was taken off on a stretcher after suffering an injury in the first quarter and was ruled out.
  • Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley entered the game for Cooper Rush early in the fourth quarter while trailing, 17-3, in a loss to the Rams. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) did not return. Outside linebacker Tavius Robinson, who was ruled out of the game, broke his foot, head coach John Harbaugh told reporters afterward. Harbaugh said that he expects Lamar Jackson (hamstring) and Roquan Smith (hamstring) to return to action following Baltimore's Week 7 bye.
  • Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki (left pectoral) was ruled out in the second quarter against the Packers. Defensive end Trey Hendrickson (back) is questionable to return after exiting in the first half.
  • Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku did not return after a second-half exit due to a knee injury, head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters after Sunday's loss to the Steelers. Wide receiver Gage Larvadain and right tackle Jack Conklin are in the concussion protocol, per Stefanski. Defensive end Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (hip) was ruled out in the second half.
  • Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson was ruled out pregame after injuring his eye while warming up with an arm band, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported. Head coach Shane Steichen told reporters after Sunday's win over the Cardinals that Richardson suffered an orbital fracture. Cornerback Charvarius Ward (concussion) was ruled out before kickoff.
  • Kansas City Chiefs left tackle Josh Simmons (personal) has been added to the injury report and is questionable to play Sunday night versus the Lions. NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported that Simmons is unlikely to play as he deals with a family matter.
  • Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Elijah Molden (hand) did not return in Sunday's win over the Dolphins.
  • Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum (ankle) did not return in Sunday's win over the Ravens after exiting in the second quarter. Wide receiver Puka Nacua returned in the second half after suffering an ankle injury in the second quarter, head coach Sean McVay told reporters. McVay added that he's unsure if Nacua will be ready to play in Week 7.
  • New York Jets linebacker Cam Jones (hip) and cornerback Qwan'tez Stiggers (hip) did not return against Denver. Head coach Aaron Glenn said after the loss that wide receiver Garrett Wilson was dealing with an injury.
  • Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Darius Slay (shoulder) did not return in Sunday's win against the Browns. Defensive back Miles Killebrew (knee) was been ruled out.
  • San Francisco 49ers linebacker Fred Warner was carted off the field in the first quarter and ruled out with ankle injury. Warner's lower right leg was in an aircast.
  • Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (hamstring) has been ruled out against the Raiders.
