  • WR Rome Odunze is sitting out Saturday's minicamp practice due to hamstring tightness, per local reporters.

  • P Tory Taylor (No. 122 overall pick) signed his rookie contract.

  • LB Bud Dupree signed a two-year, $6 million deal that can be worth up to $10 million, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported. The team confirmed Dupree's signing shortly after.

FRONT OFFICE NEWS

  • Eliot Wolf was named executive vice president of player personnel, the team announced Saturday. Wolf's responsibilities will include the overall direction of the personnel department, the management of the salary cap and in control of the 53-man roster.

  • LB Payton Wilson (No. 98 overall pick) signed his rookie contract.
  • S Ryan Watts (No. 195 overall pick) signed his rookie contract.

INJURIES

  • DT Jer'Zhan Newton is dealing with a foot injury that will require a procedure, HC Dan Quinn told reporters Saturday. According to Quinn, the second-round rookie's ailment isn't the same foot he injured during his final collegiate season.
