Mobile Ticketing - Frequently Asked Questions

*
Why mobile?
*

NFL teams across the league are turning to mobile-only ticket entry as an increased security measure, as well as a means of increasing operational efficiencies. Mobile tickets allow for greater protection against fraudulent tickets, as the trail of a ticket can now be tracked digitally. Mobile tickets also can be shared easily and allow for quicker entry at the gate.

What is the NFL Ticketholder app?

The NFL Ticketholder app gives you the ability to manage your tickets, whether you want to use them or transfer to a guest. You will use your NFL email and create a password to log in and access your tickets. Your account can be accessed via the NFL Ticketholder app, which is available in the App Store or via Google Play.

How do I log in?

Use your NFL email address as your username, and then create a password.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes you can. All of your tickets will appear on your account and can be added to your phone. At the gate, you can swipe and scan each individual ticket for entry.

Can I transfer my tickets to a guest if I am not the one that will be using them?

Yes you can. Please see above for directions on how to transfer your tickets to a guest.

If I transfer my tickets to a guest, will you let them know when they are able to access their tickets?

Yes, by transferring your tickets to a guest, they will receive an email notifying them that tickets have been sent to them. Please see above for instructions on how to accept a ticket transfer.

Does the person I sent the tickets to need their own account?

They will need to create an account in
Super Bowl Account Manager, using the email address which you sent the tickets to. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS SEPARATE FROM ANY EXISTING TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT THAT THEY MAY HAVE. All guests will need to create a new account.

Is there a difference between my existing personal Ticketmaster and my Super Bowl Account Manager account?

Yes, there is. If you transfer tickets to a guest, they will be asked to access their account via
Super Bowl Account Manager. They will need to create an account using the email to which the tickets were sent. This is a separate account from any existing Ticketmaster account that they may have.

What if I sent the tickets to the wrong person. Can I recall them?

Yes, you can reclaim the tickets as long as they haven't already been accepted by the recipient. If the recipient has accepted them already, they will need to transfer them back to you.

Am I allowed to take a screenshot of my ticket and send it to a guest?

No, you cannot. Screenshots pose a significant security risk, and greatly increase the likelihood of fraudulent tickets or guests being denied access due to duplicate copies of a ticket.

Can I manage my tickets on gameday?

Yes, you can view tickets on your smartphone or transfer tickets up through the start of the game.

What is the easiest way to ensure quick access to the stadium on gameday?

Once the ticket is sent to the end recipient, be sure to upload the ticket to your phone's wallet app. It is strongly recommended to add your ticket to your wallet well in advance, to prevent any delays with accessing your ticket on gameday.

What if my entire party isn't with me when I'm ready to enter the stadium?

You can easily send each member his or her individual ticket. All you will need is their name and email. See instructions above for transferring tickets to a guest.

Can I still manage my tickets on my computer?

If you are managing your tickets via the NFL Ticketholder app, you will need to manage them on your phone. But once tickets are transferred, your guest can accept the tickets via
Super Bowl Account Manager on their computer, and transfer them if they would like. All tickets will need to be accessed via mobile device for entry into the stadium.

Can I still print my tickets from home?

No, there are no longer any print-at-home (PDF) tickets allowed.

What if I don't have a smart phone?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the
Super Bowl Ticket Office as soon as possible.

What if I would like to have a hard ticket as a collectible?

The NFL Events department will distribute hard tickets to any interested staff post-event. Details will be provided at a later date.
