On-field ruling stands after 'Skins challenge OPI call

In the fourth quarter of the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Washington Redskins game in preseason Week 2, Redskins head coach Jay Gruden challenges an offensive pass interference called on his wide receiver, Kelvin Harmon. The referees went to the replay booth and ruled that the call stands.
