The 2012 edition of "Black Monday" saw some expected and unexpected departures for several teams. Take a look at the coaches and GMs who have been relieved of their duties following the 2012 regular season.

    2012 Season: 2-14, worst season in franchise history.

    Contract: 2013 is the final season of his contract. Reportedly due $3 million in 2013.

    2012 Season: 7-9 in 2012 is the worst of his six seasons with the Chargers (previous worst was 8-8 in 2008 and 2011). 2012 will be the first time Turner has a losing record with the Chargers.

    W-L with Chargers: 56-40 in six seasons as Chargers head coach.

    Last made playoffs in 2009. Since last playoff appearance, the Chargers have finished second in the AFC West three times, including 2012.

    2012 Season: 5-11 is tied for the worst season (tied with 2010 season) for the Cardinals in 6 seasons under Whisenhunt. Cardinals started 4-0, but are 1-10 since. Not team in NFL history has followed a 4-0 start with such a poor record.
