Titans dealing with injury issues to both quarterbacks

MIAMI -- The Tennessee Titans now have two quarterbacks nursing injuries.

Kerry Collins started Sunday against Miami and played the first half before leaving the game with a calf injury. He was replaced by Vince Young, who didn't start because of a sprained left ankle.

"Our situation speaks for itself," coach Jeff Fisher said. "We've got two good quarterbacks that have been spelling one another through this injury thing we've been dealing with."

Fisher said he didn't know how long Collins would be unavailable. Collins went 9 for 20 for 51 yards and fell to 0-5 against Miami.

Young, who entered the game as the top-rated passer in the AFC, went 9 for 18 for 92 yards and committed two turnovers. He said afterward his ankle was sore.

"You've got to fight through pain," he said. "My number was called. Kerry went down, so I had to go and try to win the game. That's what I tried to do."
