FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a six-year contract with cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, their top draft pick.

Rodgers-Cromartie, the 16th overall pick in last spring's draft, is expected to join the club at its Northern Arizona University training camp on Saturday.
The Tennessee State product started 39 of the 44 games in which he appeared, collecting 158 tackles, 11 interceptions, and 26 passes defensed. Of his 11 career interceptions, he returned four of them for touchdowns while also returning a fumble and kickoff for touchdowns and blocking eight kicks.
As a senior, he was a first-team All-Ohio Valley Conference selection for the second straight season after collecting 37 tackles, 11 passes defensed, and two interceptions that were both returned for touchdowns as a senior. Rodgers-Cromartie also set a school single-season record by blocking four kicks last year.
