Julius Thomas (ankle) inactive for Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncoswill face off against the Miami Dolphins without their dangerous tight end.

Julius Thomas, who injured his ankle during Week 11's bout against the Rams, is officially inactive.

Thomas joins running back Montee Ball (groin), who also left last week's game early, on the inactives list.

Some good news for Denver, though: Wideout Emmanuel Sanders, who suffered a concussion against St. Louis, is active for Peyton Manning's bunch.
