Now that Hue Jackson has been elevated to offensive coordinator to replace the recently departed Jay Gruden, the Cincinnati Bengals' offense won't be disrupted.

High on Hue's list is making sure quarterback Andy Dalton keeps progressing.
"There's no doubt in my mind about Andy. I think he has tremendous upside," Jackson said Friday at his introductory news conference, per The Cincinnati Enquirer. "Everyone has to play better and Andy has to continue to grow."
Dalton's play has come under serious scrutiny since he bombed in his third playoff appearance last weekend. The third-year pro has been criticized for his marginal improvements as a quarterback under Gruden.
Jackson's promotion is good for Dalton. Jackson is a good offensive mind who plans on supplementing his quarterback with an increased ground attack.
"Our offense has to start with being physical," Jackson said. "You have to be able to run the ball. Sometimes you have to dictate how to run it."
The Bengals announced Kyle Caskey will replace Jackson as running backs coach.
Head coach Marvin Lewis glowingly spoke about his new coaching order, but he knows the Bengals must improve.
"We're not quite where we want to be," Lewis said. "We've still got room to grow. We've still got room to be consistent."
The man with the most room to improve is Dalton.
