Packers' Mike Neal, Sam Shields, David Bakhtiari out

The Green Bay Packers' defense has struggled with injuries all season. That unfortunately continued for them during Sunday's loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Cornerback Sam Shields and outside linebacker Mike Neal both exited the game with knee injuries and didn't return. Shields was carted to the locker room.

With Neal hurt, the Packers were down to just two outside linebackers. Cornerback Davon House and linebacker Andy Mulumba were forced to step into big roles.

Here's the rest of today's notable injuries:

1. Niners pass rusher Aldon Smith was suffering from cramps, but returned to action in the third quarter.

2. San Francisco defensive end Demarcus Dobbs left the game with a knee injury.

3. Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari exited the matchup with a concussion. Marshall Newhouse replaced him in the lineup.
