Ansah had been sidelined from team drills for 11 days. He exited an Aug. 25 practice after sustaining a hit to the head in a non-padded session. The team revealed Ansah was dealing with a concussion in Wednesday's injury report.
Ansah -- the fifth overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft -- ran with trainers off to the side during Wednesday's practice.
