The weird, wild three days of Percy Harvin-induced Minnesota Vikings drama had a happy conclusion Thursday when he attended and fully participated in practice. It sounds like this story will go away for a while.
Vikings coach Leslie Frazier said Harvin's issue "should be behind us. We're moving forward." Frazier added that he expected 100 percent participation in training camp.
Harvin didn't speak to the media Thursday, but he supported that notion via Twitter.
I'm really clueless on the crazy reports...had great prac today ....to all my real fans and real vikes fans see u at Mankato..salute

Mankato is the location of the Vikings' training camp. So Harvin will be at camp, barring another change of heart. What could have changed?
Perhaps the Vikings made certain promises to Harvin about his role and his playing time in the offense. Reports indicated Harvin's temporary displeasure with the team didn't have to do with his contract. Former NFL player Seth Payne expressed our thoughts on that matter.
Not about $. Probably about role in the offense. Which affects playing time. Which affects incentives. Which are all about $.

Either way, this Percy Harvin drama is over. Or at least the two sides agreed to stay quiet. Harvin's history tells us another issue will pop up eventually.
