The Washington Redskinscurrently have just four draft picks, but general manager Bruce Allen isn't ruling out moving down from No. 4 overall in Thursday's first round to acquire more selections.
"We are listening. Our phones will be open," Allen said Monday at a pre-draft news conference. "We have a listed phone number if someone wants to make a trade."

Still on the trading block is quarterback Jason Campbell, who has stayed away from offseason workouts since the Redskins acquired Donovan McNabb from the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this month. Dealing Campbell is one way the Redskins could pick up more selections.
"There's been some conversations with people who are interested," Allen said. "Jason's a known commodity, a proven player in this league. But nothing is imminent."
Asked about Albert Haynesworth, who also has been absent from offseason workouts, Allen referred to the remarks made Sunday by coach Mike Shanahan, who said there "has not been one mention" about trading the defensive tackle.
"We really are looking forward to Albert coming in and helping us win," Allen said.
Notably missing from the stage was Dan Snyder, who has been a mainstay at pre-draft news conferences for most of his tenure as the Redskins' owner. Snyder's absence is further evidence that he really has turned over control of football operations to Allen and Shanahan.
Asked if Snyder has a role in this year's draft, Allen said the owner likely would have an interest in learning about some of the intangibles of the players the team might select.
"Once we get our board finally stacked either Wednesday night and Thursday, I'm sure he's going to have some questions about the character of some of the players," Allen said.
After Allen's news conference, the Redskins announced that they had signed wide receivers Roydell Williams and Marques Hagans, defensive lineman Howard Green and running back Ryan Torain. The latter three attended the weekend minicamp on a tryout basis.
Williams was in training camp with the Redskins last year, but he broke his left pinkie and was released. He spent three seasons with the Tennessee Titans, catching 84 passes, but he hasn't played in an NFL game since 2007.
Hagans also spent last year's camp with the Redskins, but he was cut before the final preseason game.
Green has played in 49 games with five teams over six NFL seasons. He spent 2009 with the New York Jets and had 23 tackles in 12 games.
Torain played two games with the Denver Broncos in 2008 when Shanahan coached that team.
