NFL.com's Ian Rapoport explained why New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was drafted in the fourth round, citing multiple failed drug tests while Hernandez was at the University of Florida. He says teams were concerned with the company he was keeping.

Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy defended his team publicly and said his team's toughness is not a concern. LaDainian Tomlinson said he believes the Packers' inability to run the ball has led to the stigma they are not tough.

Rapoport said free-agent linebacker Desmond Bishop could land with the Minnesota Vikings, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants or even back with the Packers at a discounted price.
Steelers motivated by Ravens?
Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark said he is getting tired of listening to Balimore Ravens pass rusher Terrell Suggs while training together in Arizona. He said when the Steelers won the Super Bowl in 2008 the defense dominated the game when the offense struggled to score points. Clark said he feels good about their defense moving forward, saying Troy Polamalu looks better than he has in a few years.

Tomlinson, a former New York Jet, was asked if Mark Sanchez is the best option at quarterback. LT said Sanchez does not trust what he sees on the field, but needs to if he wants to keep the starting job.
Jennings on Vikes
Vikings wide receiver Greg Jennings said he needs to be an impact player with his new team, but more importantly has to become a leader and get the team to believe. Jennings said he is licking his chops with Adrian Peterson at running back, considering AP dictates coverage.
