Injured Eagles starters Cole, Peters won't make return vs. Bills

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without defensive end Trent Cole and left tackle Jason Peters in Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, coach Andy Reid said.

That news isn't much of a surprise, as both players sat out a third consecutive practice Friday.

Cole is expected to miss several weeks after suffering a calf injury late in last week's loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Peters sustained a hamstring injury in the same game and is expected to be replaced by King Dunlap.

Reid said defensive end Darryl Tapp (pectoral) is probable and defensive end Juqua Parker (ankle) is questionable.
