Ailing Rams DT Ryan, CB Dockery won't play vs. Raiders

St. Louis Rams defensive tackle Clifton Ryan was downgraded from questionable to out on the team's injury report, and he didn't make the trip to Oakland on Saturday.

Ryan was hospitalized overnight Wednesday with migraines, according to *The St. Louis Post-Dispatch*, then missed practice Thursday. He stretched with the team Friday, but didn't participate in drills.

"I've had them (migraines) before," Ryan said Friday, according to The Post-Dispatch. "I'll be all right. You'll see me Sunday."

Backup cornerback Kevin Dockery (left hamstring) was downgraded from doubtful to out for Sunday's game against the Raiders. The Rams filled that hole by signing cornerback Marquis Johnson from the practice squad and waiving quarterback Thaddeus Lewis.
