Cowboys list RB Jones as questionable again to face Dolphins

Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said running back DeMarco Murray will continue to get most of the team's carries as onetime starter Felix Jones works his way back from an ankle injury.

"Felix is a guy who we really like. He's been such a good football player for us over the last few years," Garrett said, according to the Dallas Morning News. "He's a dynamic player, a space player but also a guy who can run between the tackles. He can run and he can catch it and we want to get him some opportunities. At the same time, DeMarco has been playing very well, so we have a plan going in and certainly we adjust those plans as the game unfolds."

The Cowboys listed Jones as questionable for Thursday's game against the Miami Dolphins after the running back took part in a limited portion of practice Wednesday.

Two other Dallas starters -- right guard Kyle Kosier (foot) and safety Gerald Sensabaugh (foot) -- were also listed as questionable.

Jones returned last week after missing four games to play against the Washington Redskins.

The Cowboys again ruled out wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), cornerback Mike Jenkins (hamstring), fullback Tony Fiammetta (illness) and backup quarterback Jon Kitna (back).

The Dolphins ruled out kicker Dan Carpenter (right groin) for the second straight week. The team signed veteran Shayne Graham last week to handle the kicking duties.

Also, the Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday that linebacker Sean Lee's dislocated left wrist is healing, and he likely will not need surgery at the end of the season. Lee has played the last two games with a cast on his wrist after injuring it against the Eagles on Oct. 30.
