Antrel Rolle intercepted Marc Bulger's pass with 8:41 left in the fourth quarter to end the Rams' last reasonable chance to get back into the game. The Cardinals drove down the field and kicked a field goal to put the game away.

Kurt Warner passed for 300 yards and three touchdowns -- falling just one TD pass short of the Cardinals record. Larry Fitgerald also receives a game ball as a frequent target of Warner. Fitzgerald finished with 11 receptions for 171 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Defensively, Rolle had two key interceptions, including one returned 47 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter.
Key stat
Edgerrin James rushed 102 yards, the third time this season he's topped the century mark. The Cardinals are 3-0 this season when James rushes for 100 yards.
