Ben Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant have played just 16 snaps together all year -- and Bell won't play again this season because of a torn MCL -- but that hasn't dimmed the confidence of Pittsburgh's locker room.
"I can't see why we can't go undefeated the rest of the way out," said Steelers cornerback Antwon Blake, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com.
Buried 3.5 games behind the AFC North-leading Bengals, Pittsburgh would need that type of win streak to steal a division that feels destined to go Cincy's way barring a wild collapse.
The primary problem for the Steelers, though, is the loss of Bell, a top-three runner, but also a dangerous pass-catching back who operates as one of the most versatile skill players in the NFL. While veteran runner DeAngelo Williams has been a reliable fill-in, the duo of Bell and Brown have accounted for 51.4 percent of the team's yards this season (third best in the NFL).
Going 8-0 down the stretch isn't on the radar right now, but the Steelers can take heart in a wide-open race for one of the AFC's two wild-card spots. This campaign is far from over.
