Rob Gronkowski limited at Patriots practice

Rob Gronkowski's status Sunday against the New York Jets remains up in the air, but the Patriots tight end was back at practice on Wednesday.

Amid reports Gronk might miss his second-straight tilt, his participation on Wednesday (he officially was listed as limited) is a positive sign.

The tight end sat out Sunday's win over the San Francisco 49ers due to a perforated lung suffered in a Week 10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Gronk was drilled by safety Earl Thomas but finished the game.

We will update Gronk's status throughout the holiday weekend as more information becomes available.
