The team announced Friday that cornerback Marlon Humphrey inked his four-year deal. The Alabama product was the No. 16 pick in last week's draft.
Humphrey headlined a Ravens draft class heavy on blockers and defensive depth. Baltimore refused to select a single offensive skill-position player.
Addressing a major need for the Ravens, the 6-foot, 197-pound Humphrey drew plenty of pre-draft praise.
"For a guy with a track background he will hit you," one scout told Bob McGinn, formerly of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "Sky's the limit. He's just big and fast and athletic and tough."
