John Madden, Jay Glazer among HOF presenters

One decision you and I will never make: Choosing our presenters for enshrinement into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

We aren't Canton-bound, but seven members of the Class of 2014 -- Derrick Brooks, Ray Guy, Claude Humphrey, Walter Jones, Andre Reed, Michael Strahan and Aeneas Williams -- are on tap to be inducted during the Hall's upcoming Enshrinement Weekend.

The group's hand-picked list of presenters were announced Thursday by the Hall:

» Decalon Brooks for his father Derrick Brooks

»Hall of Fame coach John Madden for former Oakland Raiders punter Ray Guy

» Cheyenne Humphrey-Robinson for her father Claude Humphrey

» Walterius Jones for his father Walter Jones

»Hall of Fame coach Marv Levy for former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Andre Reed

» Jay Glazer for his colleague Michael Strahan

» Lawrence Williams for his son Aeneas Williams

The most surprising name on the list is Glazer, but the Fox Sports analyst works with Strahan and counts the former New York Giants pass rusher among his best friends.

"We've been brothers for a long time; we've been friends for more than half of our lives," Glazer told the Hall's official website. "I don't think it hit me until the last month or so. How amazing is it that when someone gets enshrined into eternity in football, they ask you to come along for the ride? That's without a doubt the highlight of my career."

This year's enshrinement ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 2, at 7 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
