Injury roundup: Patrick Peterson sprains ankle

Calvin Johnson was on the field Sunday in Detroit, but he's clearly not the same Megatron. He didn't have a single target in the game until the third quarter, and then he limped off the field after his first catch.

Lions coach Jim Caldwell essentially admitted last week that Johnson was a decoy in Detroit's game because of his knee injury, and he did not look healthy this week either. Running back Reggie Bush also left during the second half of the game with an ankle injury. Both players left the game and did not return.

Here are the other injury situations from Week 5 that we're tracking:

» New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was ruled out with a shoulder injury suffered in the first half of the team's game against Tampa Bay. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source informed of his condition, that the Saints believe Graham's shoulder is sprained.

» Arizona Cardinals star Patrick Peterson exited the team's loss to the Broncos. The cornerback told NFL Media's Alex Flanagan it's a sprained ankle.

» Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell (sprained MCL) did not return against the Broncos after suffering an injury on a chop block in the third quarter. Coach Bruce Arians said he'll miss two to four weeks.

» The Cardinals also saw quarterback Drew Stanton suffer a concussion. Logan Thomasreplaced him in the lineup.

» Broncos running back Montee Ball suffered a groin injury in the third quarter. According to the Denver Post, Ball will be "out a while." He's set to undergo an MRI on Monday.

» New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings suffered a knee sprain in a victory over the Atlanta Falcons and didn't return.

» Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker was taken out of a loss to the Cleveland Browns due to injury once again. Charlie Whitehurst replaced Locker, who injured his thumb. Locker said he will have an MRI on Monday.

» Cleveland Browns nose tackle Phil Taylor hurt his knee in the win over Tennessee, and did not come back to the game.

» Chicago Bears safety Chris Conte suffered a concussion and did not return. He also suffered a concussion during the preseason.

» Buffalo Bills cornerback Ron Brooks was taken off the field in a stretcher during the team's win in Detroit, and was evaluated for a neck injury. He was then taken to a hospital for further evaluation.

» Rams running back Zac Stacy suffered a calf injury against the Eagles and did not return.

» DeMeco Ryans suffered a right groin injury and did not return for the Eagles.

» Bills running back Fred Jackson suffered a right ankle sprain but said he would be fine.

» Chargers running back Donald Brown went to the locker room after suffering a concussion in the second quarter. He did not return.

» Chargers offensive lineman Doug Legursky was carted off in the fourth quarter against the Jets and did not return.

» Danny Amendola suffered a head injury during the first half of New England's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The wideout returned to the game late in the second quarter.

» Patriots defensive back Devin McCourtyhas a rib injury and fellow defensive back Darrelle Revis suffered a hamstring injury. Revis returned early in the fourth, while McCourty and defensive end Dominique Easley (shoulder) did not return.
