Browns rookie wideout Corey Coleman, meanwhile, told reporters he's no longer experiencing hamstring issues and will be ready to play Friday.
Other injuries we're monitoring on this mostly glorious Wednesday:
- Trevor Siemian returned to practice Wednesday and took about 80 percent of his typical workload, NFL Media's James Palmer reported. The Broncos quarterback, who is in the midst of a three-way battle for the starting role, has been battling a sore shoulder and did not throw on Tuesday. He's still expected to start his second straight preseason game on Saturday.
Siemian's presence at practice is a good sign for Gary Kubiak and the Denver faithful, as he has emerged as the clear favorite in-house to win the starting job. An average or above-par performance against the Rams would cement his position, but Siemian needs to stay out of the trainers' room.
