The Cleveland Browns aren't the only team with Oregon coach Chip Kelly atop their wish list. The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday that Kelly is the Eagles' "prime target" to replace Andy Reid.

NFL.com's Albert Breer has reported for weeks that the Eagles are interested in Kelly, and it appears he is above all other candidates on the list.
Fox Sports insider and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer reported that Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Mike Nolanwill interview for the Eagles jobs this week. Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter and Falcons special teams coach Keith Armstrong also will interview, according to the Inquirer.
Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie repeatedly referenced offense Monday and the importance of finding an innovative mind. Kelly fits the bill.
"It has to be somebody that really has studied where offenses and defenses are going," Lurie said about what he wants in his next coach. "Somebody that will not just today have a dynamic approach to the game but studies it in such a way that when the game figures out what's going to happen with that type of offense, they're a step ahead."
Sound like anyone?
Kelly's Oregon Ducks play Thursday in the Fiesta Bowl, and then he'll be able to interview should he choose to head to the NFL. All you need is two teams to create a bidding war, and Kelly appears to have at least two. If the Carolina Panthersmake a change, it could be three teams.
