Anderson won Georgia's "Most Improved Player" award as a senior, and it was rightfully deserved. Anderson has the frame to start at tackle in the NFL and has steadily developed the skills to match. He only became a full-time starter his senior year after a medical redshirt year prior, and he looked unsure of himself at times in the beginning of the season. He has some talent and could be a late-round selection to a team seeking depth on the offensive line.

NEEDS ANALYSIS
The Rams need players at just about every position. This helps new GM Les Snead because he can take the best player available with every draft pick without worry. Even at quarterback and running back, the team will look for back-ups behind Sam Bradford and Steven Jackson. Finding a true No. 1 receiver for Bradford is of utmost importance; former Giant/Eagle Steve Smith might prove a bargain if healthy, but Greg Salas, Austin Pettis and Danny Amendola are best as complementary pieces. If guard Jacob Bell and the versatile Adam Goldberg don't return, those holes in the offensive line must be filled.Even though Snead can't possibly fill every need in one year, the team's shortage of outside linebackers has reached critical levels. Finding more bodies to help Chris Long and Robert Quinn rush the passer is another concern. Adding defensive tackle Kendall Langford and cornerback Cortland Finnegan as free agents helped the defense, but the team is by no means done building at those spots.

He's has been a four-year starter for Rice. Smith is one of those "anomaly" type prospects who has extremely uncommon speed, yet doesn't start for his own team in a less-than superior conference, the WAC. Pairing with an electric younger starter at running back, Smith could see his value rise significantly in the coming months as a player who isn't picked in the mid-rounds due to athletic ability and special circumstances that have kept him in the shadows up to this point. He will help himself immensely with strong showings at a Pro Day, and could be selected in the mid to late rounds.

The Colts went from perennial Super Bowl contenders to a 2-14 team, so it is not surprising that they have a lot of position needs. Trading for right tackle Winston Justice, re-upping receiver Reggie Wayne, replacing Jeff Saturday with Samson Satele, and the likely selection of Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick are good first steps. Running back Joseph Addai, receivers Pierre Garcon and Anthony Gonzalez, as well as tight ends Dallas Clark and Jacob Tamme, must all be replaced.The Colts are also switching to a 3-4 scheme on D under new coach Chuck Pagano and defensive coordinator Greg Manusky. Signing defensive end Cory Redding and moving pass-rushing defensive ends Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis to outside linebacker should help the transition, while new safety Tom Zbikowski will help tighten things on the back end. Now, the team has two main priorities: finding a massive nose tackle to clog up running lanes and adding more depth at cornerback.

Cam Newton became a playmaker much earlier in his career than most expected, but needs more explosive pass-catchers if he is to develop; it seems likely they will add one, whether at receiver or tight end, in the first or second round of the draft. General manager Marty Hurney replaced starting left guard Travelle Wharton (who signed with Cincinnati) with Mike Pollak, but another addition there is likely.The defense lost its third-leading tackler in linebacker Dan Connor to Dallas as a free agent. The team hopes Thomas Davis can stay healthy this year (he played just two games in 2011), but needs to find young talent there in case he doesnx92t. Rookie defensive tackles Sione Fua and Terrell McClain might improve in 2012, but are by no means physically dominant; finding space-eaters inside would help the 25th-ranked run defense. The Panthers might use one of their premium draft picks on a defensive end to take pressure off Charles Johnson, who led the team with 9 sacks in 2011.

Injuries were one factor in the Chiefs' exclusion from the playoffs in 2011, so just getting back WB Matt Cassel, RB Jamaal Charles, TE Tony Moeaki and S Eric Berry could push them back into the race. The Chiefs also signed Peyton Hillis to fortify their backfield. Losing thumping fullback Le'Ron McClain to the Chargers, however, creates a need for a new lead blocker -- an elite guard prospect like David DeCastro would be a nice find in the first round. The team also signed Eric Winston at right tackle, and then brought in Brady Quinn as an insurance policy in case Cassel goes down again.The Chiefs ranked 26th in the NFL in rushing defense last year, so adding a nose tackle makes sense. Getting Berry back should help the secondary in 2012, but replacing Brandon Carr with released Oakland corner Stanford Routt should not be considered a wash. Kansas City must find another outside defender, as well as more depth behind Berry and fellow starter Kendrick Lewis at safety.

The Bears looked like a playoff team, but then Jay Cutler went down with a broken thumb and the team fell out of contention. Signing Jason Campbell to back up Cutler was a necessary step. New GM Phil Emery also made a bold opening move in acquiring receiver Brandon Marshall from the Dolphins for a pair of third-round picks. The Bears also need more bodies at offensive tackle, as they found out when 2011 first-rounder Gabe Carimi went on IR. Some would argue the team's interior line could be improved, as well.The defense finished fifth defending the rush ... and 28th against the pass. Despite having Julius Peppers' 11 sacks on one side of the line, the team didn't consistently get to the quarterback, so finding another pass-rushing end should be a priority. Bolstering the talent at cornerback is also a must if Chicago hopes to stop the high-flying Packers and Lions. Feisty Tim Jennings returns for 2012, but depth is lacking with the departures of Zackary Bowman and Corey Graham.

Like his classmate Jared Crick, Dennard played alongside premier talent (New York Giants' 2011 first-round pick Prince Amukumara) early in his career and also missed some playing time as a senior due to injury (leg). But unlike Crick, Dennard was less tested as a senior once back from injury because he lost that elite player on the opposite side. He has some of the same traits as Prince in that he is smart, plays with instincts and understands how to support in run defense and play the role of a staunch football player at the corner who does more than just cover. While he is not particularly stellar with any singular trait, he has the size, athletic ability, and overall above-average skills that blend together to make a nice prospect. He is the type of corner who could contribute heavily on special teams in his rookie year, and although he has not been tested much working in the slot, could likely be picked in the late first or early second round.

He could play a 3 tech defensive tackle position within a 4-3, but by the time draft day rolls around, he could have already convinced a 3-4 team to take a shot on him as a defensive end. He could almost be considered a poor man's J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans and has the type of competitiveness to come in and hopefully pressure for the type of playing time Watt commanded. As a defensive end in a 3-4, he could be drafted in the late rounds but will pressure for a spot on a 53-man roster regardless.

It's reasonable for Smith to draft another receiver in the early rounds to aid the development of second-year QB Blaine Gabbert (or help veteran Chad Henne win the starting job). Smith also gave 2011 starting right tackle Guy Whimper a $1 million signing bonus to return, but might look for more depth on the offensive line.The Jaguars locked up their best free agents on defense, signing defensive end Jeremy Mincey (eight sacks), free safety Dwight Lowery, and linebacker Russell Allen to long-term deals. They also added cornerback help in former Giants starter Aaron Ross, an absolute must with Rashean Mathis working his way back from a November ACL injury. The team could still use more pass rushers, though, as veteran Aaron Kampman has only played 20 games over the past three seasons because he hasn't been able to stay healthy.

Despite the Eagles' 8-8 season, it's not easy to find gaping holes in their roster. Trading for middle linebacker DeMeco Ryans filled their biggest need on defense. Finding a space-eating defensive tackle would help keep Ryans and the team's other linebackers clean. It is not clear whether Kurt Coleman or 2011 second-round pick Jaiquawn Jarrett will become the starting strong safety, so don't be surprised if they get some young company.Turnovers were the team's biggest problem on offense, so having a healthy Michael Vick running an efficient show is key. If general manager/head coach Andy Reid isn't sure Mike Kafka or Trent Edwards can handle the duties when Vick is sidelined, another mid-round selection could be used to add to the competition. Right tackle Winston Justice was traded to Indianapolis, so some depth is needed behind starter Todd Herremans and left tackle Jason Peters. Finding second-string contributors at running back and tight end are other draft possibilities.

GM John Schneider and coach Pete Carroll settled the team's biggest need by signing QB Matt Flynn. They could use a legitimate outside threat across from Sidney Rice, in addition to the promising Doug Baldwin and solid tight end Zach Miller. Breno Giacomini re-signed with the team and could start at right tackle while James Carpenter moves inside. But don't be surprised if the team picks up Seattle-area native David DeCastro in the first round to solidify things in front of Flynn and lead the way for Marshawn Lynch.David Hawthorne has led the team in tackles in each of the past three seasons and Leroy Hill's inconsistencies might not allow him to return in 2012, at least at a starters' salary; that means finding an instinctive Mike and athletic Sam 'backer might be high on the team's priority list. Signing guard Robert Gallery helped add depth on the line, as well.The Patriots' major needs still remain on the defensive side of the ball, however. They found bit players in free agents Jonathan Fanene and Trevor Scott, but lost Anderson (10 sacks last year) to Buffalo. Expect the Pats to use their multiple first- and second-round draft picks (they have four of the top 62 picks) to bolster their pass rush, as well as add depth at safety and cornerback behind starters Devin McCourty and Kyle Arrington.

PROSPECT ANALYSIS
Paulson has been a reliable pass-catching tight end for Oregon. He struggles to get open, but he plays well within the Ducks' scheme to make plays when the ball is thrown. He has been a consistent and durable starter who has always been capable of keeping the chains moving within the offense. He can make the spectacular catch and has sixth-round talent based off his experience and capabilities in-route.

Datko played four games in 2011 because of persistent shoulder injuries but was a stalwart of the Florida State offensive line when healthy. He is a much better run blocker than pass blocker and will need to work on his pass set and overall strength to be able to block NFL-caliber defensive ends. A former walk-on, it's apparent that Datko has the drive and competitive spirit necessary to succeed at the next level; he certainly has the size. A big man who can get overpowered at times, strength training should be a postseason necessity for him.

Allen is an experienced SEC defensive back who has played the rover position for South Carolina and is a versatile defender. He is very active and plays the run extremely well. Some will question his value as a safety because he didn't play the true safety position in college, but his athletic ability and tendency to be actively involved in every play in the box gives him value to teams looking to add run support. He is somewhat limited in pass defense due to playing so close in the box, but he has third-round value and could ascend from there.

Wade has had an interesting career, riding a three-year roller coaster leading up to the draft. Initially touted as a top corner prospect after a stellar sophomore season in which he blanketed future pros throughout the Pac-12, Trevin had a down junior year and fell off many radars. He has shown many flashes again as a senior that have propelled him back into the discussion of the draft's top cornerback prospects. In the end, Wade is a productive cover corner who has the size, footwork and skills to make an impact as a potential starter at the next level. He could be taken as early as the second round.

Frederick is an undersized corner who started for Texas A&M and played a variety of roles for them throughout his career. He is slow-footed, and this can be his defining attribute as he struggles off the line playing close in man coverage; he is much more of a zone player. He has played in the slot in nickel looks a lot in his career, which will help him early on in his NFL voyage as younger corners are often called upon to fill this void in defenses. He gets the most out of his athletic ability by being a smart player who takes good angles on the ball.

Cleveland averaged just 13.6 points a game last season with quarterback Colt McCoy running the show. Now that bell-cow running back Peyton Hillis has officially taken his antics to Kansas City, team president Mike Holmgren could be looking to add talent at all skill positions throughout the draft. The question will be whether the Browns pick the draft's top running back (Trent Richardson), No. 1 receiver (Justin Blackmon), or third quarterback (Ryan Tannehill) with the fourth overall pick. Unless the Browns think Oniel Cousins is their starting right tackle, they'll also need to fill that spot.The Browns had a top-five scoring defense in 2011, and signed defensive ends Frostee Rucker from rival Cincinnati and Juqua Parker from Philadelphia. Not to mention locking up linebacker D'Qwell Jackson to a five-year extension. They will need to add depth in the secondary after losing free agent safety Mike Adams.

He is undersized for the position in the NFL, but he improved steadily throughout his career and displays the level of athletic ability, body control and footwork to be drafted in the late rounds of the draft. His ability to physically develop within an NFL program in his first year will likely be the driving force of his football future.

Robertson is a big man who shows good effort working in the trenches for South Carolina. He has had a lot of experience playing against good offensive lines in the SEC over the years and is reliable when holding up gaps in the interior. He is obviously stiff at times and almost overdeveloped, as his muscle can inhibit his movements and overall play. He has a difficult time reacting to plays and needs to play within a scheme where he can simply rely on his size and strength to hold linemen away from the second level. He won't contribute much in the pass game either, but he is a big man who has good technique and understands his role, making him a late-round prospect and rotational player at the next level. He was disruptive and flew around in South Carolina's bowl game where he had 4 tackles and half of a sack, and he likely will build upon this performance and be a late riser like another classmate, Melvin Ingram.

The Bills landed the top free agent on defense by signing defensive end Mario Williams, instantly upgrading the team's pass rush. The Bills also signed Mark Anderson, another pass-rushing defensive end. The team still has needs at linebacker and cornerback, however, after only re-signing 2011 reserve Kirk Morrison to a very average back seven.Ryan Fitzpatrick collected his $5 million roster bonus this month, which makes it likely he will start in 2012. With only Tyler Thigpen and occasional Wildcat QB Brad Smith behind him on the depth chart, the team might consider picking up a young passer early in the draft. The team's situation at offensive tackle is less than ideal, which means the Bills will look at prospects at that position in the first or second round. Adding a guard to bolster the interior of the offensive line also makes sense. Re-signing top wide receiver Stevie Johnson was a solid move, but David Nelson and Donald Jones are only adequate as complementary receivers.

NEEDS ANALYSIS
The Rams need players at just about every position. This helps new GM Les Snead because he can take the best player available with every draft pick without worry. Even at quarterback and running back, the team will look for back-ups behind Sam Bradford and Steven Jackson. Finding a true No. 1 receiver for Bradford is of utmost importance; former Giant/Eagle Steve Smith might prove a bargain if healthy, but Greg Salas, Austin Pettis and Danny Amendola are best as complementary pieces. If guard Jacob Bell and the versatile Adam Goldberg don't return, those holes in the offensive line must be filled.Even though Snead can't possibly fill every need in one year, the team's shortage of outside linebackers has reached critical levels. Finding more bodies to help Chris Long and Robert Quinn rush the passer is another concern. Adding defensive tackle Kendall Langford and cornerback Cortland Finnegan as free agents helped the defense, but the team is by no means done building at those spots.

Harnish could be compared in many ways to this years NFL sensation, Tim Tebow. While not quite the bruising runner that Tebow is, Harnish has a similar frame and style of play. He relies more heavily on his speed than power when running, but has been a true dual-threat at the position, posting gaudy total offense numbers each year. He has the type of running style that could be effective at the next level, but don't look for him to switch to H-back anytime soon. Has just enough arm talent to make it happen with his feet when the play breaks down. He has yet to prove himself as an accurate passer, and this could hurt his stock, but look for teams to select Harnish in the late rounds as a developmental project or change-of-pace quarterback/running threat.
