The NFL Extra Points Game Ticket Sweepstakes - Official Rules

No Purchase or Obligation OF ANY KIND IS Necessary to Enter or Claim a Prize.

ELIGIBILITY: The NFL Extra Points Game Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (with a valid SS# or Taxpayer Identification Number) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older in their jurisdiction of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least 19 years old; residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old; and at least 18 years of age in all remaining states and the District of Columbia at time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and consultants of Comenity Servicing, LLC (“Sponsor”), Marden-Kane, Inc. (“Administrator”), the NFL Entities (defined below), and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Releasees”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Each Entrant, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET except for the first day of the Sweepstakes where a day is defined as beginning at 9:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there are four (4) ways to participate, including a No Purchase of any kind Required method of Entry:

[1] Automatic Entry Using your NFL Extra Points Visa® Credit Card OR Green Bay Packers Extra Points Mastercard® Credit Card: During the Promotion Period, any eligible NFL Extra Points Visa® Credit Card OR Green Bay Packers Extra Points Mastercard® Credit Card customer (“Cardholder”) in good standing as of May 1, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry for a $50 minimum purchase/transaction made during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one (1) entry per calendar day for the purchase method of entry. Discounts, sales tax, shipping and handling, etc. do not count towards purchase amount. Your purchase/transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026. Cardmembers may not be in default under the cardmember agreement for that account at time of entry, winner selection and prize award. For entries earned via a purchase transaction, entry will be deemed made by the primary cardholder of the card used to make the purchase(s). For purposes of this Promotion, the primary cardmember is a person who owns and is the authorized user of one of the eligible credit cards listed above. Balance transfers, account adjustment transactions/returns, finance charges, fees, cash advances, convenience checks, foreign transaction currency charges, or insurance charges are not considered eligible transactions for Sweepstakes entry. Entries from unauthorized card use, made with a lost, stolen or fraudulent credit card are void.

2\] Enter via Rewards** **Point Redemption:** During the Promotion Period, eligible Entrant must have a valid NFL Extra Points Visa® Credit Card OR Green Bay Packers Extra Points Mastercard® Credit Card. Cardholders can access the Reward Marketplace to redeem points towards a Sweepstakes entry by logging into Account Center, navigating to the Rewards and Benefit section, clicking the Redeem Now button, selecting Reward Marketplace as the redemption option, and clicking Yes, leave Account Center button. Creating an account is free. If Cardholder is not registered for Account Center than he/she must visit the Account Center website at [www.comenity.net/nflvisa or www.comenity.net/greenbaymastercard. After registering and creating an account, eligible Cardholder can redeem Rewards Points for Sweepstakes entry(s). There is a limit of one (1) entry per calendar day for this method of entry.** To participate via this entry method, two hundred fifty (250) Rewards Points must be redeemed to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

[3] Enter via X or Instagram: During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may receive one (1) entry for the Sweepstakes Promotion Period via X or Instagram. To receive one (1) entry, sign into your X or Instagram account. Entrant may create an X or Instagram account for free if you don’t already have an account.

• Comment on the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post, dated May 1, 2026, and tag one (1) friend that is Entrants’ favorite person to watch NFL games with and include hashtag #NFLXPSweeptakes. Comments must be posted by May 31, 2026, to be eligible for the drawing.
• Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the X or Instagram account where the entry is submitted from at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the person who is assigned to the X account or Instagram by the online service provider.
• Entrants must have a public X or Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes and must follow @NFLExtraPoints on the platform used to enter through May 31, 2026, for potential winner notification. Entrants may create an X account at no cost at https://x.com. Creating an X account requires agreeing to the X Terms of Service https://x.com/en/tos and X Privacy Policy https://x.com/en/privacy. Entrants may create an Instagram or X account at https://x.com/signup or https://twitter.com/signup or at http://instagram.com at no cost. Creating an Instagram account requires agreeing to Instagram’s Terms of Use http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/ and Privacy Policy http://instagram.comabout/legal/privacy/. Limit of one (1) entry per platform/social media channel per person during the entire Promotion Period (two entries maximum). If multiple entries are submitted on either platform, only the first entry will be included in the random drawing. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or X.

[4] By Mail (No Purchase Necessary): To participate in the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, transaction or obligation of any kind, eligible Entrants may hand-print their name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper, place in a #10 business-size stamped envelope and mail to: The NFL Extra Points Game Ticket Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 738, Syosset, NY 11791-0738. Enter as often as you wish; however, only one (1) entry per stamped envelope will be accepted. Envelopes with more than (1) entry in the envelope will be void. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. All mail entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2026, and received by June 8, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per calendar day/person for the Promotion Period. Envelopes containing multiple entry requests will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, garbled, misdirected or postage due mail. Releasees assume no responsibility for human, or other error or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery.

Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service carrier may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor and/or Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be conducted on or about June 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, who is an independent judging organization and whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. Many will enter, but only one (1) potential Winner will be randomly selected. No guarantee to win, and chance/odds of winning is solely dependent on the total number of eligible purchase, rewards point redemption, X or Instagram, and non-purchase mail-in entries received. In the event there are not enough eligible purchase, rewards point redemption, X or Instagram, and non-purchase entries received during the Promotion Entry Period to conduct the random drawing, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The promotion is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing by the Administrator. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, Travel Information Form (for winner and guest), Travel Release Form (for winner and guest), a Publicity Release where legal, and an IRS Form W-9 with their social security number furnished (used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law) (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification date will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. In the event that the potential winner cannot be contacted, or the potential winner fails to timely return any documents requested, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the potential winner declines the prize for any reason will result in such potential winner being disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to a potential winner who is disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received, at Sponsor’s discretion, time permitting.

PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize – one (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend one (1) 2026 regular season NFL game of winner’s choice (subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $600 (the “Prize”). Winner is responsible for all expenses associated with travel including ground transportation, roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodations, meals, gratuities, parking, souvenirs and any other expense(s) not itemized within the prize description.

Additional disclosures for the Prize: Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer, and winner and their guest agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as with all event and venue rules and regulations. Exact location of seats to be determined solely by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All details of the prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for prize tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged after they’ve been awarded. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen tickets once they’ve been delivered. Admission to the event is subject to the regulations and requirements of the venue. Prize winner is solely responsible for their guests’ use of their prize. The Releasees and/or any other relevant party reserve the right to remove or deny entry/participation to the winner and/or guest of winner who engages in a non-sportsman like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any prize-related venue. The Releasees are not responsible for damage or loss of a prize after it has been delivered to a confirmed winner.

If the Prize event is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. In no event will more prizes be awarded than listed in these Official Rules. No cash equivalents, transfers or substitution of a prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Tickets may not be transferred or sold unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, gives prior written permission. Winner is responsible for the payment of any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The National Football League game dates and times are determined in their sole discretion and may be subject to change. National Football League tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of such winner’s name, likeness, photograph, opinions, hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Sponsor, the other NFL Entities, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (“Releasees”) are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human, typographical or printing errors, (ii) technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, wireless service, or any other error or malfunction, (iii) or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries or processing of a transaction, for any reason including computer, telephone, wireless service, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon, (iv) other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrator’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void their entry and/or prevent him/her from future entry), and/or who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules, to modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award any unawarded prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date or otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any online service or website associated with this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion.

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION, AND CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes is offered in the 50 United States & the District of Columbia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio. The Releasees failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering, Entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with the Releasees (individually or collectively) arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor (“Demand”). Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution Section, defined as paragraph 8 of these Official Rules (“Dispute Resolution Section”), will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Privacy Policies. Entrant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Comenity Servicing, LLC., 3095 Loyalty Circle, Columbus, OH 43219. Attention: Marketing. Entrant agrees that Entrant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after Entrant sends a Demand. This informal dispute resolution is in addition to, and does not waive, excuse, or supersede any pre-suit resolution process required by state or federal law before filing suit. Sponsor If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to Entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and Entrant intends on taking legal action, Entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). The Releasees also agree that we will submit any and all disputes with Entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision limits the ability of Entrant and the Releasees to litigate claims in court and Entrant and Releasees each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial.

For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, Entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, Entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. Instead, all such claims will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect, available at www.adr.org/Rules (the “AAA Rules”). Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any disputes with the Releasees including, but not limited to, disputes as to the interpretation or application of this Dispute Resolution Section or the validity of the arbitration agreement herein. The Arbitrator has authority to issue any and all remedies authorized by law, except that any requests for the remedy of public injunctive relief shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. The place of arbitration shall be Columbus, Ohio.

Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against the Releasees, and that Entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person.

Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policy, if this class action waiver is adjudicated to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in court. Entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the State of Ohio located in Columbus for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances does Entrant or the Releasees agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.

The provisions of this Dispute Resolution Section shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Sweepstakes and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of Entrant or the Releasees relating to or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

WHO WON: To request the name of the winner, send an e-mail with the subject line: “The NFL Extra Points Game Ticket Sweepstakes Winner” to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2026. The list will be sent when the drawing has been conducted and the winner verified.
