The Seattle Seahawks agreed to one-year deals with linebackers Leroy Hill and Matt McCoy, the team announced on its official website.

Hill has spent his entire seven-year career in Seattle since being selected in the third-round (98th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft. He started all 16 games played for the first time in his career in 2011, posting the second-highest tackle total of his career with 89 (68 solo), adding four sacks and one forced fumble. Hill has played in 84 career games with 77 starts, totaling 456 tackles (344 solo) and 18.5 sacks.
Hill ran into trouble briefly during the offseason when he was arrested on a marijuana possession charge in Georgia in February, but those charges were dropped in early March.
McCoy missed most of the 2011 season because of a knee injury.
