Scouting the scouts: Nine NFL teams credentialed for USC-UCLA

Which college games will NFL clubs send scouts to Saturday? College Football 24/7 brings you a glimpse at the teams that are credentialed to attend some of the biggest games in college football. NFL Media analyst and former NFL scout Bucky Brooks adds commentary for each game. Which positions might your NFL club be scouting? NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt provides his primary draft needs for each team.

Scouting the scouts: Sept. 20 | Sept. 27 | Oct. 4 | Oct. 11 | Oct. 18 | Oct. 25 | Oct. 31 | Nov. 7 | Nov. 14

USC at UCLA

Three top players: USC (DL Leonard Williams, WR Nelson Agholor, LB Hayes Pullard); UCLA (QB Brett Hundley, LB Eric Kendricks, LB Myles Jack).

Brooks' take: "Leonard Williams is maybe the No. 1 prospect in all of college football, and teams will want to see him in a big moment like this, against a rival team. There is still a lot of interest in Brett Hundley. He has improved his game over the last few weeks and guys will want to see if he continues to trend up."

Oklahoma State at Baylor

Three top players: Oklahoma State (ATH Tyreek Hill, DB Kevin Peterson, DL James Castleman); Baylor (QB Bryce Petty, DE Shawn Oakman, OL Spencer Drago).

Brooks' take: "There is a lot of talk about Shawn Oakman, who has come on like gangbusters. Can he be a dominant player all the time, against the run and pass?"

Minnesota at Nebraska

Three top players: Minnesota (RB David Cobb, LB Damien Wilson, DB Briean Boddy-Calhoun); Nebraska (DE Randy Gregory, RB Ameer Abdullah, WR Kenny Bell).

Brooks' take: "Scouts are going to be watching to see how Randy Gregory defends the run here. Everybody knows he's a great pass rusher, but they want to see more run downs from him."

Arizona at Utah

Club attending: Atlanta Falcons.

Three top players: Arizona (WR Austin Hill, DB Tra'Mayne Bondurant, OL Mickey Baucus); Utah (DB Eric Rowe, WR Dres Anderson, DE Nate Orchard).

Brooks' take: "Nate Orchard at defensive end, you'll be looking to see if he can be a big-time rush guy, but there is also some intrigue in (Utah RB) Devontae Booker. He could be on a level with some of the other top guys."

Missouri at Tennessee

Club attending: Philadelphia Eagles.

Three top players: Missouri (DE Shane Ray, DE Markus Golden, OL Evan Boehm); Tennessee (WR Marquez North, DB Justin Coleman, DB Brian Randolph).

Brooks' take: "How have (Ray and Golden) progressed throughout the season? You know they can get after the quarterback, but how do they look from down to down?"

Boston College at Florida State

Three top players: Boston College (OL Andy Gallik, OL Ian Silberman, DB Dominique Williams); FSU (WR Rashad Greene, QB Jameis Winston, DL Mario Edwards).
