Former Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner has pleaded guilty to reckless driving and speeding after he was arrested in September for possibly driving under the influence in Georgia, FOXSportsSouth.com reported.
Turner will be on probation for 12 months, fined $1,250 total and must do 30 days of community service, FOXSportsSouth.com reported. He also will participate in a "risk reduction" program and agreed to random screens, among other conditions, the site reported.
FOXSportsSouth.com said the information came from the Gwinnett County Solicitor's Office.
Turner played nine seasons in the NFL, first with the San Diego Chargers and later with the Atlanta Falcons.
With the Falcons, Turner holds the records for most career rushing touchdowns, with 60, and most rushing touchdowns in a season, with 17 in 2008.
The Falcons released Turner in March. He remains without a team.
