Quick Take: Ravens (4-9) at Dolphins(0-13)

Last meeting
The Ravens defeated the Dolphins 30-23 in Week 17 of the 2004 season. Baltimore RB Jamal Lewis rushed for 167 rushing yards and one TD, while the Ravens defense recorded three interceptions, including a 6-yard INT-TD by DE Jarret Johnson.

Streaks
The Dolphins lead the series 4-1 and have won two of the last three.

Last week
The Ravens were soundly defeated by the Colts, 44-20. The Colts capitalized early on Ravens mistakes -- Baltimore's first three possessions ended in a fumble, an interception and a blocked punt through the end zone for a safety. ...Winless Miami was crushed 38-17 by division foe Buffalo. Rookie QB John Beck lost his grip on the ball in the first quarter and Bills CB George Wilson picked it out of the air and ran it back for a TD. Beck was pulled after attempting just two passes and was replaced by Cleo Lemon, who finished 22 of 42 for 241 yards and two INTs.

At stake
Both teams have been eliminated from the playoffs. Miami is still looking for its first win, while the Ravens look to halt a skid that has lasted half the season.

Key matchup
Ravens rookie returner Yamon Figurs vs. Dolphins rookie returner Ted Ginn Jr. Baltimore's Figurs has been a bright spot for the struggling Ravens, and ranks sixth in the NFL with a 26.4-yard kick-return average. Last week, Figurs took a kickoff 94 yards for a score in the second quarter. Ginn has returned 48 kicks this year -- good for third best in the league -- and 33 of them have been for at least 20 yards. Look for Ginn to get more involved in Miami's passing game as well.

Ravens WR Derrick Mason ranks third in the NFL with 88 receptions and needs five catches to reach 700 for his career. Mason averages 19.2 yards per catch vs. Miami. ... Dolphins QB Cleo Lemon has four rushing touchdowns and needs one more to set a single-season franchise record for rushing TDs by a QB.
