Raiders rookie Greyson Gunheim notched his first career sack by taking down Jeff Garcia in the closing seconds. Garcia had a chance to unload a desperation pass from midfield, but double-clutched, allowing Gunheim to take him down and end Tampa Bay's season.

With Justin Fargas and Darren McFadden both banged up, reserve RB Michael Bush stepped to the forefront and drove Oakland to victory. He scored the go-ahead touchdown with a 67-yard scamper in the fourth quarter and finished with a career-high 177 yards on the ground. His halfback option pass also set up another fourth-quarter score when it led to a Bucs pass interference penalty.

Key stat
Field position was critical in this game. The Bucs started nine of their 13 drives inside their own 21-yard line, while the Raiders started inside their 20 just once.

Monte Kiffin's 13-year career in Tampa came to an end. He is leaving to join his son, Lane, at the University of Tennessee. ... Cadillac Williams rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns before leaving in the fourth quarter with a left knee injury. Williams returned just six weeks ago after an injury to his right knee that sidelined him for more than a year. ...
