Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love suffered a concussion during the first half of Saturday's 22-16 overtime loss to the Bears after taking a hard hit to the head from Chicago defender Austin Booker.
Love remained on the ground following the play before jogging off the field and into the blue medical tent on the visitor's sideline at Soldier Field. After a brief stay in the tent, Love exited for the locker room.
The Packers officially ruled out Love for the remainder of Saturday's game after halftime.
Booker was flagged for unnecessary roughness for the helmet-to-helmet hit.
Malik Willis, who went 2-0 as a starter last year in relief of Love, took over at QB for Green Bay and finished 9-of-11 passing for 121 yards with one TD and an additional 44 yards rushing.
Green Bay (9-5-1) next hosts the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17.
