He was originally scheduled to have the surgery with Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia on Tuesday, but Superstorm Sandy pushed back the appointment.
The outpatient surgery is not season-ending, but last week Jennings would not give an approximate date for his return. It's believed to be a minimum of three weeks.
The Packers are down their top two receivers as Thursday. He did not play last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
