Official Rules
NFL UK and Ireland Super Giveaway (the “Competition”)
Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
This Competition is run by the Promoter. This Competition is not valid outside the Eligible Jurisdictions or where prohibited by law and is only offered to Eligible Participants.
Please note that the Promoter’s decisions are binding and final.

Competition Period: Friday, December 12 at 00:0 to Wednesday, December 31 at 23:59.
Eligible Jurisdictions: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.
Eligible Participants: This Competition is open to legal residents of an Eligible Jurisdiction who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Competition, you confirm that you are an Eligible Participant. The Promotor may require you to provide evidence that you are an Eligible Participant.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Promoter, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their sponsors, licensees, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
Entries: Only entries submitted by Eligible Participants will be considered eligible entries. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: (a) automatically generated by a computer or generated by artificial intelligence (including chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) copies and not originals; or (e) incomplete. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not allowed.
How to Participate: You must submit no more than one (1) entry per day for that days’ prize, and one entry for the overall prize, by completing the submission form available at https://www.nfl.com/ukire/super-giveaway. Individual day entries will see the user entered into that days prize draw and also enter you into the overall prize (Super Bowl LX Game tickets and Flights and 3 nights accommodation).

Entries must be received by the Promotor by no later than the Closing Date to be considered. All entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified. Only one (1) entry per Eligible Participant will be allowed throughout the Competition Period and any Eligible Participant who attempts to enter more than one (1) entry will be disqualified. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition. The Promotor will not accept responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit (regardless of cause, including as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind). Once submitted, entries will not be acknowledged or returned. If you choose to participate in the Competition using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless/network provider for further details. No purchase is necessary [and there is no charge to register] to participate in the Competition.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected each day after the closing period for that days competition ends with the overall winner to be selected on Friday, January 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Competition Period. The decision of the Promotor is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Winner Publicity: The Promoter may be required to publish and/or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promotor may: (a) publish winner(s)’ surnames and countries of residence; and/or (b) send this information to anyone who requests it within two (2) weeks after the Closing Date. If you object to this or request the Promoter to reduce the amount of information published or made available about you, please by email GDPR@nfl.com. However, please note that, in such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to retain such information and make it available in accordance with applicable laws (including, without limitation, by providing it to an advertising regulator on request). You may also request the names of the winner(s) by sending a written request by post (in a self-addressed stamped envelope) no later than two (2) weeks after the Closing Date addressed to the Promoter at the address stated above.
How to Claim: The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact the winner(s) via email, phone call, social media direct message or an appropriate alternative based on details provided by the Eligible Participant(s) (the Notification Date). The winner(s) must respond within three (3) days from the Notification Date and may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, any Prize Terms and Conditions (see below) and/or, a publicity release. For physical prizes, winner(s) must respond with their mailing address and any further information requested by the Promoter. Physical Prizes will usually be mailed within 30 days from the date of mailing address receipt, unless the Promotor notifies you otherwise. If the winner(s) do not respond within three (3) days from the Notification Date; if such documents or information are not returned within the time period specified by Promoter; if the Promotor’s message is returned as undeliverable; if the Promoter is otherwise unable to contact any winner; or if a winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Promoter’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
Prize: 1 pair of tickets to Super Bowl LX including flights and 3 nights hotel accommodation in San Francisco
The holiday is for 2 people to travel by economy to San Francisco for 3 nights between February 6 and February 9. The Prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified.

No Substitutes: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of the Prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by the Promoter who reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Unused Prizes cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards other items or for cash.
Additional Costs: The winner(s) is/are solely responsible for any and all costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specified in these Official Rules or the Prize Terms and Conditions (below) as being awarded including, without limitation, any applicable taxes, withholdings, ground or air transportation, meals, gratuities, accommodations and souvenirs.
Prize Terms and Conditions: Prizes may be subject to certain additional terms and conditions If Prizes include tickets, hotel rooms or flights, details (including date, time, location, category etc) may be determined by the Promoter. The winner(s) and, if applicable, any guests must comply with all applicable rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or part of the Prize.
General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Competition for any reason. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Competition, as solely determined by Promoter, will be disqualified. The Promoter does not guarantee that participating in the Competition via https://www.nfl.com/ukire/super-giveaway will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software. Should any portion of the Competition be, in Promoter’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of entries or other information, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Competition and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries/tweets/retweets received prior to action taken. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media network.
Personal Data: The following personal information will be collected by Promoter in this Competition for the purposes of administering the Competition and verifying an Eligible Participant in the event their participation qualifies for a prize and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice at https://www.nfl.com/help/privacy and all applicable laws, including without limitation, all national and local laws, policies, regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (and local implementing legislation) and/or the UK GDPR (as defined by section 3(10) and section 205(4) of the Data Protection Act 2018) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018: Name, Date of birth, post code, country, email address, favourite NFL team. Failure to provide all necessary personal information may result in Eligible Participant’s entry in the Competition being deemed ineligible.
Eligible Participants acknowledge that their personal information may be stored and processed by Promoter in the UK, the EU and/or the United States or in any other country in which we engage service providers or have facilities. Eligible Participants’ personal information may also be transferred to countries outside of the Eligible Jurisdictions, including to the UK, the EU and/or the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in the Eligible Jurisdictions, and therefore any such transfers will be in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the implementation of adequate safeguards. Eligible Participants have the right to access, rectify or request deletion, portability or restrict the processing of any personal data held by Promoter by contacting Promoter by emailing GDPR@nfl.com. Eligible Participants also have the right to lodge questions or complaints with the relevant applicable supervisory authority at any time.
In the event an Eligible Participant opted-in to receive marketing communications from Promoter or to allow Promoter to share their personal information with other individuals or companies and no longer wish to do so, or Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in the Competition, Eligible Participants may inform Promoter at any time by contacting Promoter at GDPR@nfl.com. Publicity Release: You agree that the Promotor may make your entry and any accompanying materials available on its website and in any other media (including your photograph or likeness), whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable and irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
Limitation of Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its agents and distributors) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of you participating in the Competition or (if applicable) taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter (including its agents or distributors). Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing Law for UK & NI Residents: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Eligible Participants and the Promoter in connection with this Competition, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of England and Wales. Any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, or any prize awarded, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Governing Law for ROI Residents: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Eligible Participants and the Promoter in connection with this Competition, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Ireland. Any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, or any prize awarded, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
