'NFL Total Access' recap: Did Eagles do enough this offseason?

Did you miss Monday's edition of "NFL Total Access" on NFL Network? Catch up with this recap:

Did Eagles do enough in offseason?

Warren Sapp pointed to the talented pieces that fit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 4-3 defense when he played. Sapp said when he looks at the Philadelphia Eagles, making a switch from a 4-3 defense to a 3-4 defense, he doesn't think the Eagles have the linebackers to fit the switch. Sapp said he likes what coach Chip Kelly is doing on offense with the addition of quarterback Matt Barkley and tight end Zach Ertz, but as far as defense goes, he's not impressed.

O'Hara on pressure facing Ponder

Shaun O'Hara said Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder has to develop this season given the team has made a number of offseason moves to build a team around him. With Adrian Peterson and Greg Jennings, O'Hara believes Ponder has every piece around him, and the time to develop is now.

McGinest's AFC East draft grades

Bills: B-

The Buffalo Bills did a good job addressing their needs, but they need to win in order for their picks to be considered successful.

Jets: B-

The New York Jets did a solid job addressing their needs in both free agency and the draft. McGinest believes cornerback Dee Milliner will be an immediate starter, and he's really high on running back Chris Ivory.

The Miami Dolphins earn this grade because of their offseason acquisitions along with their draft class. McGinest thinks Mike Wallace will add an explosive element to their offense, and Dion Jordan will drastically improve their pass rush.

McGinest thinks the New England Patriots brought in quality players, but he doesn't see any of their acquisitions as real game changers.

Better outlook: EJ Manuel or Geno Smith?

O'Hara believes EJ Manuel has a better outlook heading into this season with the Buffalo Bills because of his unique situation. As a first-round pick from a new coaching staff, Manuel most likely will step in and start, according to O'Hara. Sapp thinks Geno Smith has a good opportunity to earn the starting position with the New York Jets. Sapp thinks Smith could replace Mark Sanchez, and would have more weapons to work with than Manuel.
