The NFL's quarterback carousel is stuck in neutral entering Week 7.
Although the starters are under fire in Arizona, Cleveland and Jacksonville, none of the head coaches are ready to make a change just for the sake of mixing it up. That's not necessarily the case in Minnesota and Philadelphia.

»Carson Palmer has been a soul-crushing interception machine -- particularly in the red zone. Cardinals fans aren't exactly clamoring for Drew Stanton, but they realize a stingy defense is the reason for their three victories. General manager Steve Keim wants to see more consistency from Palmer, but there's no talk of a midseason benching.
"Number one, (Carson) is certainly our best option right now," Keim said, via the team's official website. "Number two, the thing I like about him is the way he has handled adversity."
»Brandon Weeden authored the ugliest interception of the 2013 season on Sunday, which led coach Rob Chudzinski to the conclusion that his coaches just need to work with the quarterback "to eliminate the critical mistakes."
Overemphasizing that interception ignores the fundamental problem: Weeden lacks pocket movement, displays poor field vision and continues to show subpar touch and ball placement. To this point, however, Chudzinski said, via The Plain Dealer, that the staff has not even discussed switching to Jason Campbell. Perhaps that will change by the Week 10 bye.
»Jaguars coach Gus Bradley is no fool. He knows that his quarterback situation is week to week, depending on the level of ineptitude displayed in the previous game. Chad Henne held his own in Denver, which buys him another week while Blaine Gabbert works through his hamstring injury.
"We're going with Chad this week," Bradley said Monday, via the Jaguars' official website. "We're just talking about San Diego. We'll see when Blaine comes back, but right now Chad's our quarterback."

»Eagles coach Chip Kellysoftened his stance on sticking with Nick Foles after the fill-in starter's impressive performance in Tampa on Sunday.
Kelly now says his Week 7 starter will depend on the health of Michael Vick's hamstring. In other words, Kelly is laying the groundwork for a late-week decision to stay the course with Foles for one more game, while allowing Vick to get back to 100 percent.
