You have lineup questions, we have lineup answers -- at least we hope so. Start 'Em, Sit 'Em is here to help fantasy managers make difficult roster decisions. And you know what is a good move? Starting Justin Jefferson. But that's too obvious, so you won't see such simple analysis here. Instead, we're exploring more debatable situations. And if you can't find a player you are looking for, please check out the latest NFL Fantasy lineup rankings.

Start 'Em
On the NFL Fantasy Football Show, I asked if Collins was too obvious a start. Given how he's struggled at times this year -- and with C.J. Stroud starting this week in concussion protocol -- I was told nope. So, here he is! Collins saw 11 targets and finished with 14.5 fantasy points last week, even with Stroud exiting early in the second quarter. He has also gone over 100 yards in his last four games against Jacksonville, averaging 24.7 fantasy PPG in those contests. The Jags have allowed the fifth-most yards and second-most touchdowns to outside receivers, which is where Collins runs over 80 percent of his routes. Even with Davis Mills in line to start for the Texans, you should start Collins.
It has been an up-and-down season for all of the Chargers receivers. McConkey has taken over in the last five games, averaging 16.8 fantasy PPG. He has shown a safe floor and high ceiling in this span, pacing the Bolts in targets, catches, touchdowns, air yards and end-zone targets. The volume could lead to a big fantasy outing on Sunday, as Pittsburgh has allowed the second-most fantasy PPG to WRs. If you are debating between the other Chargers receivers, I think Quentin Johnston is a sleeper in this one. The Steelers have given up the most yards to out-wide receivers. They've struggled against the deep ball with boundary receivers, as well.
Last week, I had Odunze as a "start." My bad. All the production went to everyone but Rome (Although he did just miss a touchdown on a ball thrown behind him.) I would give him another shot against the Giants, who have allowed the seventh-most fantasy PPG to WRs. That includes the fourth-most yards to out-wide receivers, where Odunze runs 60 percent of his routes. Moore runs 64 percent of his routes out wide and has been more utilized as of late. The Giants also allow the third-most yards on deep passes, so the ceiling is high in this one.
Franklin currently leads the Broncos in target and air-yard shares, as well as end-zone targets. With him and Sutton splitting work, it has made them both more WR3 or flex options. Sutton has been more of the floor play, with 10-plus fantasy points in seven games, ranking third among WRs (behind only Justin Jefferson and Jaxon Smith-Njigba). Franklin, who has been the top screen option in a screen-heavy offense, has a slightly lower floor, but he has shown more upside this season. I do think they are both in play this week against the Raiders, who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy PPG to WRs. I prefer Sutton, as he plays 80 percent of his snaps out wide and the Raiders have allowed the seventh-most yards to boundary receivers. Franklin splits his time between the slot and out wide.
Shakir once again proved to be a safe-floor option last week. He has scored 11-plus fantasy points in six of eight games. He has seen more volume as of late, with seven-plus targets in three of the last four contests. He also has enjoyed success in this matchup. Earlier this season, he scored a touchdown and 14.5 fantasy points against Miami, marking his fourth straight game against the Fins with 10-plus points. It might not look like the best matchup on paper, but Shakir is in play as a WR3 this week.
Robinson is looking like the top target for Jaxson Dart. He has seen 11-plus targets in two of his last three games, scoring 13-plus fantasy points in three of his last four. That volume could turn into a big fantasy day this week, as the Bears have allowed the second-most touchdowns and third-most fantasy PPG to receivers. They have also given up the most touchdowns and seventh-most yards to slot receivers. Robinson runs 60 percent of his routes from the slot.
It has been a pretty down season for Williams. We saw some signs of life last week, when the wideout saw six targets, his third-highest total this season. The Lions have talked about trying to get him the ball more for weeks, and they did so in the second half last Sunday -- and it was the best their offense looked all day. Williams remains a boom-or-bust option, but I would take the shot on him in Week 10, given the matchup. The Commanders have allowed the fourth-most yards on deep passes (20-plus air yards) to receivers. Speed has clearly given this defense fits. Due to the high ceiling, Jamo is worth a dice roll as a WR3 or flex option.
Sit 'Em
This looks spicy at first blush. If you cover up the high-profile name, though, you see a receiver averaging 5.9 targets per game. You see a receiver with career lows in air yards per target and target rate, one with only four end-zone targets. One long catch-and-run play back in Week 4 still equates for 17 percent of his yardage total and 14 percent of his fantasy points on the season. He scored a season-low 2.6 fantasy points last week and has been held to single digits in two of the last three games. This week, he faces the Chargers, who have allowed just one touchdown to out-wide receivers. Metcalf runs 85 percent of his routes out wide. Get away from DK if you can.
Last week, Olave saw just four targets, with Tyler Shough exhibiting better chemistry with Rashid Shaheed in the rookie quarterback's first NFL start. Shaheed was traded to the Seahawks on Tuesday, potentially boding well for Olave's fantasy prospects going forward. But here's the other problem with Shough's starting debut: The Saints scored just 10 points. And did I mention that this week's matchup is a tough one? The Panthers have allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy PPG to WRs. They have held Olave to 60 or fewer yards in four of five, keeping him under four fantasy points in the last two. And without Shaheed lining up across from him, Olave will be even more of a focus of Carolina's defensive game plan. If possible, you should get away.
After a hot start with the Commanders, Samuel has scored single digits in three straight games. There is also a clear QB downgrade in the wake of Jayden Daniels' serious elbow injury. In three games with Marcus Mariota as Washington's starter, Samuel has averaged five targets, 31 yards and 9.7 fantasy PPG, scoring just a single touchdown. The Lions are not a matchup to avoid for wideouts, although they have allowed the third-lowest completion rate on targets to slot receivers, which is where Deebo plays nearly 60 percent of his snaps. I just do not trust the passing attack with Mariota at the helm.
Addison has seen just four targets in each of his last two games. He was held below 50 yards in both of those contests -- and in three of his last four. With J.J. McCarthy returning to the lineup last week, Addison scored just 8.4 fantasy points. He averaged 16 per game with Carson Wentz under center. Plus, the Ravens' defense has been better as of late. In fact, they have not allowed a passing touchdown in the last two weeks. There will be weeks to start Addison -- I just want to see it happen between him and McCarthy first.
Full disclosure: I had Jakobi Meyers written up as a "sit" before Tuesday's trade. After the relocation from Las Vegas to Jacksonville ... I'm still sending him to the bench. Not only does he have less than a week to learn a new offense and develop chemistry with a new QB, but he has an even tougher matchup than originally planned. He goes from the Broncos, who have allowed the third-fewest fantasy PPG to WRs, to the Texans, who have allowed the second-fewest. Even with Travis Hunter on IR and Brian Thomas Jr. banged up, I would not risk it this week with Meyers, who has failed to reach double-digit fantasy points since Week 2.
