It's time to start Karlos Williams on your fantasy roster

The regular season is here. That means all of your roster decisions now come with significantly more gravitas. Every choice you make from here on out comes with a lot more consequences. That means it's important that you make the right call. In that case, it's good that you're here for Make the Right Call. What a coincidence, eh?

Should I start in Week 4: Devonta Freeman or Karlos Williams?

The good news for both of these running backs is that their respective running back counterparts (Tevin Coleman, LeSean McCoy) aren't likely to suit up. That means both players should see a full complement of rushing attempts this week. The difference is in the matchup. The Texans have been very stout against the run. The Giants haven't been terrible against fantasy backs, but they haven't been great either. Their run defense is unlikely to hold up against the hard-running Karlos Williams and a Bills offense that clicking right now.

Better DFS quarterback in Week 4: Andy Dalton or Russell Wilson?

Entering the season, plenty of people (myself included) thought Wilson was the third-best quarterback in fantasy football. That hasn't been the case so far. Even last week against the woeful Bears, Wilson posted just 16.20 fantasy points -- 17th-best at the position. Meanwhile people are starting to come around on Andy Dalton. He's the third-ranked fantasy quarterback through three weeks and has a tasty matchup against the Chiefs defense this week. If you're looking for a DFS quarterback this week, it might be time to load up the Red Rifle.

Should I trade Amari Cooper for Doug Martin and Karlos Williams?

Only if you're in desperate need of running back help. Even then, this sounds like a terrible idea. Martin hasn't lived up to the preseason hype and it's fair to be concerned that it's just not going to happen for him. As good as Karlos Williams has been this season, his shelf life as the undisputed starter is pretty short. Eventually LeSean McCoy will return to take some of those touches back. However Amari Cooper is quickly becoming one of the centerpieces of the Raiders offense. He's just scratching the surface of what he can do and is a long way from hitting his ceiling. Don't make this deal.

Who should I drop: Jonathan Stewart or Doug Martin?

This is a tough call when you consider that there is just 1.4 fantasy points separating both of these players through the first three weeks of the season. The one undeniable truth is that neither running back has performed to expectations to begin the year. The difference is that there is a running back in Charles Sims ready to take Martin's job if he continues to struggle. The same can't really be said of Stewart. Mike Tolbert will see some snaps and Cam Newton will pick up some rushing yards, but for the time being The Daily Show is still on the air in Carolina. Stewart is the guy to stick with ... for now.

Should I start Jordan Reed or Eric Ebron?

It's not uncommon to think about sitting your guys when you see the Seattle Seahawks on the schedule. But in this case, you can take a chance on Eric Ebron. The 'Hawks haven't been strong when it comes to stopping opposing tight ends. Yes, they held Martellus Bennett to 15 yards last week, but I respond with two words: Jimmy Clausen. I trust Matthew Stafford to be much more competent in moving an offense this week. Meanwhile Reed has a very tough matchup against the Eagles defense. Philly is allowing the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. Something that doesn't bode well with Kirk Cousins still being inconsistent at the quarterback spot. I like Reed longterm, but not this week.
