Iowa's Brandon Scherff making case for CFB's strongest man

That's OT Brandon Scherff of Iowa, the man Gil Brandt said earlier this month could be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He cleaned 443 pounds three times with his Iowa teammates cheering him on. It impressed Hawkeyes strength coach Chris Doyle:

While Brandt says Scherff is likely to be in the mix for the No. 1 overall pick next year, his NFL Media colleage, Daniel Jeremiah, had reservations after studying Scherff this summer, saying he preferred Texas A&M OT Cedric Ogbuehi.
